Clean and big room

The room was at a very big size compared to other double bed hotel rooms, the bathroom was also bigger than usual. Had a lovely balcony and the hotel itself was very quiet.

Personne pour accueillir l apres midi sans appeler

N ayant pas internet et forfait à l étranger, je suis arrivé devant une porte fermée et personne pour m accueillir en milieu d après midi. N ayant pas de valise je me suis promené avant de revenir une fois le soleil couché et toujours personne. Heureusement j avais noté le numéro de téléphone et des maltais croisé au hasard nous ont aidé et on appelé la personne en charge du logement qui n était pas sur place et qui est arrivé 15 minutes après pour nous donner les codes d accès. Chambre propre et service super ensuite, mais peur sur le coup de dormir dehors

The picture on the site is not really a backyard that you can stay. They charged me additional fees which it’s in the hotels.com agreement for cleaning and tourist fees. This is not Airbnb that they charge you cleaning fees plus tourist fees.

What a terrible place. Don’t stay here unless you’re willing to stay at a room with many problems. We arrived at 2 pm like stated but they guy showed up late. We didn’t get the room we reserved because someone else showed up “before us”, first come first serve, seriously? The room was not clean but they charged us with a hidden cleaning fee of €10. TV did not work at all. The bed sheets were filthy dirty and it was cold. The bed... might as well sleep on the floor. Walls are super thin so we could hear everything from our neighbors and vice versa. Overall, find another place to stay, really.

pas suffisamment de place de rangement dans la chambre. Inexistant dans la salle de bains. Douche fermée par un rideau en plastique! Bien situé mais très bruyant. 50 marches à grimper avec les valises . Pas d'ascenseur. Cuisine obsolète. Photo du site très embellie.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit au Valetta Kampnar city et c'est tant mieux. Logement decevant et toujours en travaux (plafonnage, humidité....) .Draps de lit propres mais pas repassés. Salle de bain pas top du tout et pas propre. Evidemment, pour 37 euros la nuit, on ne s'attendait pas au grand luxe mais au moins à un minumum de propreté.

Simple clean straightforward room

It was a very clean, simple living space, right in the heart of Valletta. You have to be quite fit to get to the upper level rooms as it's steep staircase at quite a height! Easy to get around the city, nice to be able to be away from the crowds at night when the day trippers have left the city.

そもそも、受付がなく人がいない。電話してようやくきてくれたが、マルタで国際電話をかけることとなる場合かなり高い料金、さらに聞かされていなかった清掃料金10ユーロ、保証金100ユーロを支払うこととなり、（保証金は返ってくるとしても）、到着の連絡のための電話代と清掃料金含めたら、他に同じ費用でもっといい場所があるはず。

Buona struttura nel centro di Valletta

Abbiamo dormito una notte, prima del rientro, in questo palazzo d’epoca con i tipici balconi maltesi, in posizione centrale e a qualche minuto dalla stazione dei bus. La camera è ampia e pulita, ma necessiterebbe di una mensola vicino al letto e di qualche punto d’appoggio in bagno dove non si sa dove appendere neppure gli asciugamani. In camera si trova un bollitore, che non si può riempire d’acqua direttamente nel lavandino microscopico, ma utilizzando i bicchieri e le tazze in dotazione insieme a tutto l’occorrente per prepararsi bevande calde. La cucina in comune, se c’è, non l’abbiamo vista, né ce l’ha indicata l’incaricato che ci ha raggiunti in strada dopo aver ricevuto la nostra telefonata all’arrivo. Infatti- e questo secondo noi andrebbe specificato nel sito- per entrare nel palazzo c’è bisogno di un codice personale, ma se non si viene avvisati che per entrare bisogna telefonare e aspettare che arrivi l’incaricato, si rimane sconcertati in strada, davanti al portone chiuso (come è accaduto ad una coppia che abbiamo incontrato mentre uscivamo). Il check out è alle 10:30, ma si possono lasciare i bagagli nel sottoscala e rientrare dal portone con il codice ancora attivo. Nel complesso il nostro giudizio è positivo, soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo e della posizione.

チェックインは前もって電話しなくてはならない。 皆さん、海外でもモバイルを使えるようにしているのでしょうか。 そこをクリアすればロケーションも部屋も快適です。 共用キッチンも充実していましたが、近くにスーパーがないので使わなかったのが残念。 1階の共用スペースにお水やコーヒーがあるのも嬉しい。
