Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The bedroom was clean the bathroom say the toilet wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. The showerhead part of it was rusted.
The stuff was friendly and helpful. They have a policy. I guess I’ve never been to Hotel that before you leave the maid has to go and check and see that you didn’t steal or mess up anything. Even said that if my partner had make up to be careful not to get the sheets dirty
Parking was secure and easy. The reception went above and beyond. They assisted with transportation and random questions made us feel comfortable and secure.
Cute rooms, extremely helpful staff, nice areas for pictures, good prices, and great food and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is a little rug to wipe our feet at the entrance of the rooms to keep the dirt out of the rooms, and bigger trash cans in the bathrooms. Other than that great place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Oeno. Friendly staff, easy to check in, the restaurant is really good. The only detail was that there was no body wash, the shampoo was empty and in the three nights we stayed there, no one cleaned our room and we were not given any fresh towels other than the first day.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Oeno Wine Lodge during our first trip to Mexico, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, luxurious, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made our stay unforgettable.
What really set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. The entire staff was wonderful, but Nay went especially above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. From helping us navigate the area to ensuring every detail was taken care of, Nay’s kindness and attentiveness made a lasting impression.
If you’re looking for a unique, luxurious getaway with outstanding service and a warm, welcoming environment, I cannot recommend Oeno Wine Lodge enough. We are already looking forward to returning someday.
Place is very well decorated and beautiful. Service was excellent.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay at Oeno in Valle de Guadalupe was unfortunately disappointing. While the property has beautiful views and looks very aesthetic in photos, the overall experience did not match the expectations.
We stayed with a group of four for the weekend, and there were several basic hospitality details that were missing. For example, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay, and the hand soap dispensers in the room were empty. These are small things, but they make a big difference in comfort.
The room itself also felt poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the walls, the room was dusty, and we noticed bugs inside. It looked like the room may have been cleaned at some point, but it didn’t feel like it had been properly maintained recently, allowing dust and insects to accumulate.
The shower water was cold, which was another inconvenience during our stay.
We also asked the staff if it would be possible to get chairs placed outside our room so we could enjoy the view. They said they would check, but no one ever followed up with us. Additionally, the rooms have fireplaces, but no one offered to turn them on or provide instructions on how to use them.
The parking situation was also difficult. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and it requires a steep walk/hike while carrying luggage or personal items, which was not very convenient.
We were also hoping to dine at the restaurant on-site, but several items on the menu (including pasta
My family and I enjoyed an amazing long weekend, the place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Very clean and well kept place, surrounded by mountains and nature. We did dinner service at the restaurant once and the food was delicious, we also had breakfast and I honestly enjoyed the breakfast more than the dinner. They also have complimentary coffee and pan dulce for breakfast if you just want to grab a quick bite. The restaurant does close at 9 pm on weekdays but the kitchen is closed by 8 p.m. so make sure you get there early for dinner. I would like to thank Naidelyn for all her help during our stay, she can help you make reservations at any local restaurant and find a car service if needed. Definitely recommend!
This is one of the better hotels stays I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this one blew me away. From the beautiful spotless room, insanely comfortable beds, Nespresso pods for morning coffee, fire pit, views, peaceful surroundings, perfect location, and the best hospitality & service I’ve ever received. Cesar & Fernando took amazing care of my friends and me. Chef Cesar showed us around the property, surprised us with amazing desserts, and even made the perfect fire for us! I cannot wait to go back.
