It was one of those rare trips where everything exceeded expectations and we truly did not have a single complaint. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Diana and Lezly at the front desk were incredible – warm, professional, and always on top of every detail. They went out of their way to remember our preferences and ensure every request was handled immediately. Jose deserves special recognition for making the resort feel cozy and magical by always lighting the fireplaces for us, often before we even asked. Transportation around the property was seamless thanks to Francisco and Raul, who were always ready to drive us anywhere on the grounds with a smile, making it effortless to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Room and pool service were on another level. Aaron, Manuel, and Brian provided some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere: the food was consistently great, orders were accurate, and the speed of service was the fastest we’ve ever seen at any resort. Housekeeping was also exceptional – our room was always spotless, perfectly refreshed, and thoughtfully maintained. To anyone on the team whose name we may have forgotten to mention, please know it was not intentional; every single person played a part in making this trip unforgettable, and we are truly grateful!!"

"Everything was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts, which were included with our stay were wonderful. We had dinner there twice an both meal were excellent. The grounds are lovely and well laid out, My only suggestion would be to add more lighting on the paths are there were some spots that were a bit dark."

"The hotel is advertised as having many amenities such as a full day spa, jacuzzi, restaurant and full bar. The place had one staff member tending to the front desk and bar area at the same time. Overall look of hotel is not what the pictures on Expedia show. Jacuzzi is broken down and it looks like it has been for a long time, and there is no spa or restaurant. We spent one night and woke up the next morning to realize that the whole place had no water for toilet, showers etc. unacceptable. We checked out early as we were extremely disappointed with the place as it was. Would not recommend at all. "
