Was a great stay in the Mercure Valkenburg for a business trip. Nice spacious room with walk in shower. Breakfast was nice selection of hot and cold options. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside was no customer parking available on site which is my error

Maximum you can put is 20 degrees, however in reality it is less. In hallways was warmer than in room

The Reception staff much improved since our last visit. They were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is comfortable and in a great location. Parking continues to be a problem - there isn’t any! You need to pay and park on the street which is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Unflexibler Manager. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Bei der Buchung ist mir leider ein Fehler beim Datum unterlaufen, und wir wollten eine Woche früher anreisen. Der Hotelmanager zeigte sich jedoch wenig kulant und lehnte es ab, die Buchungsdaten zu ändern – obwohl noch mehrere Zimmer frei waren.

Notre séjour à été agréable. Nous avons un petit regret qu'il n'y ait pas de personne parlant un peu français. Juste un jeune homme à l'accueil qui a fait l'effort de nous parler et de nous aider.

Prima verblijf voor een weekendje limburg. Of het het geld waard is, valt over te twisten Inchecken duurde lang. Lange rij en 1 persoon die alle mensen moest helpen. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien echter kon het op sommige plekken wat schoner. Spinnewebben in de hoeken, kalkvlek op de vloer in de douche en zilvervisjes in de badkamer. Jammer dat er geen wasbakje bij de wc is. Ontbijt was goed. Ook hier op zondag een lange rij. Het personeel doet zijn best en is vriendelijk Ze werken hard genoeg!!! Iets met personeelstekort?

Gute Lage, Zentrum zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bequeme Betten. Fahrradfreundlich. Frühstück ist sehr Standard aber nicht mehr. Toilette und Waschraum getrennt aber dadurch fehlt definitiv ein Handwaschbecken bei der Toilette. Zimmer modern und rel. groß aber sehr dunkel. Nur ein kleines Fenster. In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank, nur offene Ablagen. Auch sonst eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Für Dienstreisen okay aber für eine Urlaubsreise eher nicht. Für ein- und ausladen kann man direkt am Hotel halten, aber kein Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Das Auto parken kann man nur auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen für 8,- bzw. 9,- Euro pro Tag
