"I had a reservation at the Sercotel Rinascimiento but they were undergoing renovations so they moved me to Sercotel Alfonso VI. However they did it wrong so my entire reservation was cancelled. I had to re-book at reception and Sercotel Alfonso VI was fine but the breakfast had no coffee machine ..."
