"The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough"

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"

"初めてのインド旅で不安なこともありましたがホテルスタッフ全ての方がとても親切に対応してくれました。今までの旅行で一番と言って良いほど印象に残る素敵なホテルでした。6泊滞在しましたが毎日気持ち良く過ごせます。レストランやバーも美味しくて滞在中も多く利用しました。 素敵な思い出になりました。 ホテルスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。"

"Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended."

"Personal"

"The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool."

"The host was very helpful and very accommodating.. the property is very close to the main beach. "

"Everything is good place, staff, cleanliness also owner strongly recommended 👌 "

"They canceled our reservation as our plane was landing. When we called to tell them our arrival time, they said they were closed for renovations. I'm not sure what to believe, but we had no other communication with them. No follow-up, no apology."

"We were really excited to stay at the Passport Hotel, considering the reviews, the value and the fact we had our own private pool. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time in North Goa. There are some things the hotel could do better and some things they've really nailed. The staff are incredibly friendly and very passionate about the food and cocktails. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful when approached and genuinely cared about...

"best hotel in vagator"

"They are severly understaffed. Esp on the weekends as the resort is packed the service is extremely slow. More chance of ordering from zomato/blinkit and getting things on time than from hotel staff."
