"Good location and wonderful staff. We were glad to have a lift, as many hotels in the city do not. The hotel is outdated, but we only kept our things and slept there. The staff were very helpful, and a small convenience: coffee and reasonably priced vending machines where any other store is double for same items. We never ate breakfast there, but it smelled wonderful and price is good for the area."
"the staff was anything but customer service minded, everything was about money, tried to make us pay for the room twice, had to pay for parking 24,50 euro a day. No service at all. rooms are small no AC, very worn down."
