We stayed in what I believe is a recently renovated room. The room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, exuding a sense of cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation.

1) A maintenance person had to let us OUT of our room. The door would not open from inside. He did come to our aid as soon as I called the front desk, but it as been that way all night- a serious safety hazard. 2) Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7. It was still being set up at 7:20. 3) Our room was clean and warm, which was why they still got a 3.
