Staff were helpful and polite. Maintenance is not the best. It was raining when we arrived and the lobby had a lot of water dripping. Some of the interior deco also looked aged and needed repainting.

Hotel location is excellent, close to Skytain and river ferry. Staff are exceptional and breakfast would have to the best in Bangkok. Fantastic views from your balcony.

Amazing hotel, brilliant staff and some wonderful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel at home by everyone in the staff team. A comfy, spacious bedroom with an extremely modern bathroom gave our stay a nice luxury feel. From top to bottom everything was marvellous!
