"We loved the pool, hot tub, and especially the dry sauna. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and clean. It was quiet. The beans pillows were very comfortable! The staff were clean, well groomed, professional adults!"

"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"

"Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend"

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional views and location. Comfortable rooms with amazing staff. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. We had a great stay!"

"Clean room and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I had booked a room with a king bed and instead we were given a room with two full size beds and a view of the heating cooling system. We were tired and didn't want to deal with it for our one night stay. The hotel was also repairing elevators at the time of our visit and the water was scheduled to be off at noon the next day."

"Great views! Place was clean and comfortable… elevator didn’t work and you have to check in at a separate location if it’s past 5 PM"

"Love the Scandinavian style, cleanliness and amenities."

"The property is in a good location as far as creature comforts are concerned. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s also a nice walking trail nearby."

"The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again."

"Everything was EXCELLENT will be back 1000%"

"We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and...

"Great space. Lots of room. The indoor parking needs lighting is my only complaint"
