"We enjoyed an afternoon beverage at the friendly bar. The views of the vineyard were very serene. Sunset was lovely. The weather was not as accommodating for us to sit outside on the patio or the muskoka chairs but we sure wanted to! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super friendly and kind. We would totally recommend it and would definitely come back."

"Pros: 16th floor, we had an amazing view. Better than the lookouts and observation decks in the area. The view made up for the negatives. We would happily stay here again just for the view and proximity to the incline rail and table rock area. Cons: The room was fine, a bit dated but comfortable. Could be cleaner. Hallways needed vacuuming and the cleaners left the laundry bags and garbage bags piled up by the elevators over night. The pool is chilly and had huge chunks of hair floating in it....

"Gorgeous newly renovated suite, the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in! Took advantage of a reduced rate upgrade to a full view of the falls and it was spectacular! Comfy beds and pillows led to the best sleep ever… we even bought the pillows!! "Clean room"

"When we checked in - I assume that this was the last room available as I let them know it was my birthday but they weren’t able to accommodate anything better. The person at the front desk was not friendly nor was she helpful. One we got into the room, we had a view of a wall with a ladder. We weren’t able to use our phones as we had no reception in the room. The fan in the room was blowing cold air so we set it to heat hoping that the room would warm up, the temperature just kept dropping....

"This property was a good one and the help desk gentleman was super helpful and helped make our trip special with putting us on the side with the falls! But the room itself couldve used a little work, something and been spilled on the carpet and wasn't cleaned, the wall at the bed was torn up and the chair/sofas in that place could use a cleaning, you could see the dirt buildup on it from constantly being touched."

"Amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent. The rooms and all areas we could see were clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk helped us to our room after giving us tons of information about the surrounding area. He was sociable and made us feel very welcome. Again, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes in daily unlike similar hotels. All the staff we encountered were kind and welcoming, I would highly recommend staying at the Kings Inn...
