We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The hotel is located near the pier (easy to get to luggage drop off and pier for cruise) and main shopping/restaurant area.

Pros. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Cons. Its a short uphill walk from anywhere in the city We gad good experience for a couple of nights stay here and recommend it too.

I loved this hotel, Pablo at the reception was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is about a lady working at the restaurant. We got in for the check-in early, we decided to get some coffees at the restaurant and buy 1 buffett option. The lady got to our table to see what we what we were eating, we got some breads, a coffee with milk and a juice that I gave to my daughter. She was rude and said in a sarcastic tone that the 3 of us were eating and then made me pay for 2 full buffets. That is not customer service or wanting your guests to have a nice stay, it made us feel angry and upset. Overall the apartment was pretty, the view amazing and the staff gentle.

O quarto que fiquei foi bom, bem limpo. Banheiro pequeno mas o chuveiro muito bom, o aquecedor não funcionou muito bem no 1º dia e passamos um pouco de frio e nos arrumaram um aquecedor elétrico e resolveu o problema. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo

A hospedagem está perto do centro, uns 400 metros, com opções para comer próximo como o Dieguito, embora o restaurante do hotel seja espetacular também. Quartos bem espaçosos e equipados caso queira utilizar para aquecer uma refeição ou fazer um café. Café da manhã basico, mas tem o o essencial para começar bem o dia. Equipe do hotel muito atencioasa.

Boa estadia em Ushuaia

Pontos positivos: Quarto espaçoso e confortável, instalações novas, café da manhã muito bom (simples que funciona). Pontos a melhorar: box vaza água ao tomar banho, deixando o banheiro todo molhado. Limpeza do banheiro um pouco precária, nao varriam direito deixando cabelos ao chão. O desconto de 20% que oferecem no restaurante ao chegarmos é limitado a alguns pratos sem bebida e não nos avisam isso.
