"This was the worst hotel in this class I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were not firm, they were hard. Like sleeping on a sheet of plywood wrapped in a quilt. The carpeting in my room was disgusting, the staff were lazy, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was bad. I hated this hotel. "

"The hotel restaurant is great and has good options. It is important to say that Colombian food is usually drier than at other places, so do not expect pork ribs to be juicy. The hotel looks like brand new and I would suggest getting the courtains to completely close in the middle as sun light gets into the room quite early (we couldn't fix it in our room, so if there is a way, please leave instructions to the guests). Overall it was a good stay, but if the courtains could provide 100% dark room I would give 100%. Thank you!"

"This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel."
