Beautiful and relaxing place!

Really great value for money and beautiful! Nestled between the mountains it's really nice and private. The location is good - you can easily walk up to the main road to catch a local bus (the white mini vans) to get to urubamba.

$40 extra charge to use the hottub for only 45 min

We made a big effort to get to this hotel which is out of the way, walked down from the main road with our heavy packs on specifically because we were interested in the jacuzzi. We booked online and chose this hotel because of the looks and the jacuzzi. We were so disappointed to learn that on top of our room charge of $80 we would have to pay another $40 to go to the jacuzzi for only 45 minutes! For the $120 dollars there were many other options to choose from, if we would have known that in advance. There was no internet or television in the rooms and only very slow internet in the lobby.

Hotel cómodo con oportunidades de mejora

Es un hotel con un poco de dificultad para movilizarse por cuenta propia por estar alejado del pueblo. Deben indicar mejor que servicios tienen tarifas adicionales y no decirlo después que el huésped utilizó el servicio. Sería ideal que tenga un area de televisión así no sea en las habitaciones. Y el wifi debería tener alcance a las zonas comunes.

Decepção no Check Out

O hotel em si é ótimo, mas infelizmente o aborrecimento no check out manchou sua imagem para mim. Não indico a ninguém por este motivo. O wifi só funciona na recepção.

Perfect getaway sanctuary in the Sacred Valley

We were greeted by the most friendly and helpful and English speaking desk staff. We were promptly guided to our beautiful room and taken very good care of throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful, clean and brand new. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the Sacred Valley. Renaldo at the front desk helped us to organize cars, meals, and trips. I would not be more grateful to this wonderful place.

nice break & stay to relax

This is a bit away from Olhantaitambo station (about 20 min. by taxi), so if someone is planning to stay somewhere near the sightseeing places, this is not a great choice. But this is nice to relax & enjoy the stay at hotel. The room is spacy & nice view. No internet in each room, but at the lobby. I would bring your own amenities. The spa & sauna are not free even though the guest gets discount.

Excellent and cozy lodging with the BEST service.

We loved it here. The service was exceptional. I had my best experience in Peru here at this lodging. I would recommend everyone stay here if visiting Peru.

Great resort near Ollantaytambo

The resort was very beautiful and the staff was great. The taxi was at the Ollantaytambo train station to pick me up with no issues. Very cordial staff members with helpful tips on things to do nearby. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not hotter upon my arrival, especially since I scheduled the time for use and explicitly expressed for it to be hot. I was also a disappointed that the rooms had no wifi access or television. Other than that, the service was great and everything was very clean.

Serenity in The Sacred Valley

Inkalla Valle Sagrado Deciding to stay in “The Sacred Valley” on my trip to visit Machu Picchu was one of the best decisions I made on this trip. With a small population, there were no name brand hotels to choose from, so I took a chance on INKALLA VALLE SAGRADO. I chose this location primary because it had positive customer reviews and it was within my budget. This hotel is much more like a villa, with multiple building holding 3-4 units, totally approx. 36 units in total. The faculty was built 7 years ago using local materials and local labor. The grounds are covered in beautiful flowers, running water and stone pathways. The grounds are also enclosed, providing immense privacy from the road and surrounding buildings. Feeling more like a retreat lodge than a hotel, I experience privacy, quiet and relaxation. This is exactly what I needed on my journey after staying for weeks in name brand hotels in major cities. The room I stayed in had valued ceilings and a stylish modern bathroom using concrete and wood. Each evening when I returned to my room, I was welcomed by a beautiful smell of jasmine or some local flower. The service staff were very attentive and the breakfast buffet each morning was complimentary. Not to leave such a glowing review without a gripe, the only thing I would change is its location to Cusco. Its about 90min. by taxi. That being said, its the perfect stop if you are going to visit Machu Picchu as the Peru Rail train station is only 20min. away, and

La atención estuvo muy buena, el personal fue muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas, limpias y cómodas. En el lobby nos ofrecían mate de coca de cortesía todo el tiempo así como préstamo de juegos de mesa y paraguas. Los jardines y las instalaciones estaban bien cuidados.

quiet location, nice hotel, rent a car !!!

the place is about 5 KM outside of URUBAMBA and best if you have rented a car in Cuzco. breakfast is ok, they will make you eggs to order if you are tired of the daily fare. the staff is very friendly and help full , there are no televisions in the rooms. !!!! The rooms are of a good seize, there is little to buy unless you go to Urubamba for any food, drink or other supplies.

Beetje onpersoonlijk hotel. Wel prima kamer en lekker rustig. Meer een familiehotel. Geen WiFi op de kamer en ook bij de receptie werkte die niet erg goed.

Hotel trop excentré

L'hôtel n'est pas proche du centre ville d'Urumbamba, il faut faire 10min de marche pour arriver à la route et ensuite trouver un taxi et enfin 20min de taxi pour arriver au centre ville. Si vous comptez sur l'aide de l'hôtel pour vous trouvez un taxi, ils le feront avec plaisir étant donné la commission qu'il empoche sur le trajet en taxi, compter le double du prix normal. Tout ce que l'hôtel propose comme tour est largement au dessus du prix normal et ils ne se cachent pas de vous informez qu'ils ont une commission. La connexion wifi est inexistante donc difficile à trouver des solutions pour réserver des visites ou un taxi. La chambre et le cadre sont très sympa mais tout le reste est une vraie arnaque à touristes! Passez votre chemin

Camas confortáveis

O hotel fica um pouco retirado da cidade, ótimo para descanso. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Quarto com cama confortável, não tem frigobar nem tv, as toalhas de banho e rosto poderiam ser um pouco maiores. Bom café da manhã.

Atendimento excelente, como tudo no Peru, mas nao há televisão no quarto, não funciona wifi, a não ser na recepcão, etc. Enfim, ótimo atendimento, mas servicos a desejar.
