Estuvimos muy felices y confortables mi esposa y yo;todo estuvo excelente con especian de dos detalles;el control remoto de la televisión parece ser que las baterías estaban bajas y teníamos que levantarnos para poder cambiar de canal, lo otro afuera de la propiedad olía demasiado a humo,me imagino que ellos no tienen el control de eso;pero sí eso me haría pesar el volver a quedarme nuevamente en el hotel.todo lo demás excelente

The staff were FABULOUS and got a doctor to come to our room when my wife got very sick - fortunately just for one day. The restaurant was AWFUL, so you have a lot of work to do there - service and quality of food were bad. Other than that - the garden was great, nice pool and so close to the national park. We'd come back.

The park is in minutes from the Hotel Mansion. Food is good but some of the female waitress or in charge of the cashier there are kind of rude. Need to be more kind

Great location. Beautiful courtyard garden and pool. Property adjacent to Parque de Nacionel, and short walk to downtown. Restaurant on site and a wonderful restaurant across the parking lot overlooking the waterfalls.

I was there to visit the Uruapan National Park, where the Devil's knee is. This is an attraction that is not so popular in tourism, but it makes for an intriguing and wonderful place to visit. The park is one of the most beautiful parks that I have been. The hotel is very conveniently located about 50 meters from the park's entrance, and it has an attractive colonial style that makes you feel you are in the 1800's. The staff is also very attentive and cordial.

Great hotel! Really bad mattresses!
The entire hotel was really great! The staff very courteous and really nice! Everything was awesome except for the beds! The mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable!

I was born in Uruapan and walking into this Hotel really made me feel proud and safe of being there. It is gorgeous and clean and most importantly, the staff is so sweet. I had dinner and breakfast and the chilaquiles were so yummy. The rib eye for dinner is spectral. For drinks, t he AlfonsoXIII was so tasteful. However, the dining services are a little slow for my liking, I also think they need some music outside for dinner- it would have brought more into the experience. Overall, an memorable stay!

Beautiful hotel in a new city! Conveniently located next to Uruapan’s national park! The restaurant on premises is absolutely delicious! I recommend the breakfast and the banana bread is delicious!
