Das Personal ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln da. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. "Noi eravamo in 4 persone in una camera piccola (con una poltrna letto, 1 letto ad una piazza e mezzo e un letto singolo)e sporchissima; il bagno era vergognoso: piccolo, fatiscente e sporco. Nella doccia abbiamo trovato un paio di mutande da donna degli ospiti precedenti, questo fa capire quanto la pulizia sia inesistente. Abbiamo coperto le lenzuola e i cuscini con i nostri asciugamani, non vi dico le lenzuola in che condizioni erano... È mancata l'acqua dalle h. 21 alle 7 del mattino,quindi...
