Very polite and professional staff, great breakfast. The shower was next to the toilet, and can use some cleaning/paint/caulking. The internet access was not working. If you have light sleep go somewhere else, very noisy neighborhood.

The hotel it is a piece of art, incredible well located in a historical building. Service is superb, with charming young personnel. Breakfast is out of this world, go for the House one, you will get a taste of the region. The low note is on the confort side because rooms are very small, even smaller for european standards. The bed although you can say cozy was very soft and after a while your back will crank at you.

Great, historic property with stylish rooms, and amazing staff that goes above and beyond. There are nice restaurants nearby, which can be loud, but offer delicious food so you won’t go hungry. Looking forward to staying in again!

I visited different villages and stayed in different hotels during my izmir tour, but for me, Gümrük hotel was the best of the best. Really enjoyed my stay, staff was amazing, the room was just wow! Beautiful design with that cute little balcony and the phenomenal view and you just can't get sick of! Wish I could stay more. (Just one little think is to check the AC)

Genel olarak her şey gayet güzeldi, çok memnun kaldık. Tek bir konunun iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor, otele varışta ve ayrılışta arabadan otele ve otelden arabaya eşya taşıma konusunda bir personel görevlendirilmeli, bunun zorluğunu eşim ile yaşadık. Fakat personelin güler yüzlü yaklaşımı ve memnuiyetimizden dolayı puan düşürmedim.

3 gece 4 gün kaldık. Otelin bulunduğu yer çok güzel ama merkeze ve beachlere uzak. Otelin altında bulunan restoran oldukça güzel.oda ya gelince bence temizlik konusunda büyük sorun var.oda ya ilk girdiğimizde daha her yer tozluydu. Banyo kısmı rutubet tarzı bir şey kokuyor. Oda temizliği yapılınca sadece çarşaflar ve havlular değişiyor. Odanın pervaneleri de aşırı ses çıkartıyordu. Uyumakta zorlandık açıkçası. Genel karşılama ve ilgi güzeldi

Otelde temizlik , hizmet, çalışanların güler yüzü ve yardımseverliği güzel olsa da otoparkı olmayan bir otel olduğu için bavulları arabadan otele otelden arabaya taşımak zordu. Bir diğer konu ise altında işletmesine dahil restorant-bar gece 1 e kadar dj performans hizmeti verdiğinden kafa dinlemek için gidenlere uygun bir otel değil malesef. Kahvaltı aynı cafeden yeniliyor yemekler kaliteli fakat açıl büfe hizmeti yok içinden sınırlı olarak seçim yapmanız gerekiyor. Limanda lokasyonu güzel etrafındaki restorantlar keyifli.

Gece uyumak istemeyenler için uygun…

Oda teslim edildiğinde klozetin içinde kurumuş dışkılar duruyordu. Personelden destek istediğimizde yardımcı oldular. Süreci takip eden kişi genel olarak nazikti. Yalnız otel ve başka bir işletme iç içe. Kafede gece 1.30’a kadar inanılmaz yüksek sesle DJ eşliğinde eğlence var, tolere edilebilecek düzeyde değil. Bölgedeki otellere göre daha yüksek ücreti olan bu oteli nezih ve sakin olduğunu düşünerek seçmiştik, maalesef bunu bulamadık. Müzikten rahatsız olduğumuzu, müzik bilgisinin bizimle paylaşılmadığını ilettiğimizde, rezervasyonu telefonla yapsaydık bu bilgiyi verebileceklerini, yapabilecekleri bir şey olmadığını ilettiler. Tatilimizden dinlenmek yerine uykusuz ve yorgun olarak dönüyoruz.

Oda son derece temizdi. İsrafil bey otel görevlisi arkadaş çok ilgili ve yardımsever davrandı. Isıtma oldukça yeterliydi. Kahvaltıları çok keyifli ve seçenekleri fazlaydı Kesinlikle tekrar gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırım Otelin sahilde bulunan eski bir gümrük binası olması da Urla’daki diğer konaklama alternatifleri arasında öne çıkmasını sağlayan sebeplerden.
