The room is designed to take advantage of a small space, but my friends and I didn't feel like it was cramped at all. "Check-in was difficult. Check in is at a machine that wants Japanese characters and kept changing back to them. Took a long time and staff didn't speak much English. Nice view from room. Uncomfortable pillows, half filled with buckwheat hulls. Woke up with a stiff neck every morning. Breakfast is a fixed menu. No fish and rice, no pickled veg, no eggs and avocado.
