"The location was perfect for visiting the Niagara Falls area, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were generally friendly and helpful; however, there did not seem to be enough staff available, especially during breakfast hours. The breakfast area was not consistently monitored, and food trays often needed refilling.
The front desk staff were welcoming during check-in, but the level of service was not as consistent throughout our stay. Additionally, they did not fully explain all of the available hotel benefits and amenities at check-in, which would have enhanced the guest experience.
Overall, the excellent location made the stay enjoyable, but improvements in staffing, breakfast service, and guest communication would make the experience even better."
