"This was my second stay this year it’s centrally located to Columbia and I love the area and the restaurant . That staff is really uptight behind the desk . No smiles no accommodation looked irritated . Especially the Latin woman very weird vibes from the front desk . The doormen helpful and courteous and friendly . It’s a shame because I love this location . My son will be attending Columbia next 4 years and I wanted this to be my go to hotel ."
