"I was extremely disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday night when it was advertised as being open until 1:00 a.m. This was especially frustrating given the huge country concert taking place that evening. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when we questioned the early closing. Guests should be able to rely on the hotel’s advertised hours, and the staff should handle these situations professionally. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise...

"The accommodations were well-maintained, the kitchen facilities were excellent, and the hotel offers a highly convenient location."

"Clean room but it feels old even after the renovation"

"Stayed in the 1 bedroom loft. Which is super huge. Full kitchen. You have to get through 2 doors to get into the building which made me feel secure. Had small store area that gave you the option to charge items to your room. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was very professional"

"Yes"

"Bueno."

"We traveled there for a family gathering. A nor'easter put a damper on many of our activities but we hung out in the ample lobby. Staff was helpful and friendly at every turn- front desk, housekeeping, even tech support! They really made the trip easy and fun."

"The room was nice with a kitchen and couch. The only issue was a small low toilet which is probably not compliant with the American Disability Act. The breakfast was nice and the staff is friendly. The bed was nice as well."

"Which it was more more cheaper price but everything’s excellent thank you JLP"

"The two at the front desk Wednesday-September 30, 2026, told me and my friend the shuttle will take us to the airport at 6:15 am the next day. At 6:03 am we came down and were told they only run on the half hour and they just left. He said they do not run at 6:15. The Shuttle driver, Dennis, arrived at 6:25 and took us immediately to the airport. He was great. I do not appreciate being lied to. The bar tender needs lessons in customer service."
