Staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly I understand fiesta weekend can be stressful but requires patience. Ac barely blew cool I was so tired of dealing with the property I just didn’t bother. Valet was overwhelmed. Not worth the $"

"Staff was very nice & helpful. Hotel had recently been purchased by Wyndham several months ago according to the lady at the check in desk, however it definitely is in need of some updating and attention. AC clearly was not working in the lobby area so it was very warm. Room was nice but bathroom was outdated and needed updating. No water or cleaning wipes in the gym to clean equipment. It was overall not a bad stay but until they give this place some TLC and a little facelift, I probably won’t stay again. Good location though! Has lots of potential! "
