"clean and great staff "

"Lovely property with high standards. We had a great experience with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our family. Thank you Chloe and everyone for making us feel so welcome! Great heated pool and hot tub with a resort like vibe, highly recommend. We also loved the gym but it can get busy. Room was very comfortable and we loved the extra large bathroom. And we had our dog with us and they made sure to give him his own bed and food/water dishes, along with a bag of treats (we appreciate the thoughtfulness). Fabulous location for proximity to everything. Our only con is the price of parking, which we found to be quite expensive, but necessary. We highly recommend and hope to return next time we visit Vancouver."

"To begin we booked our room a few weeks in advance for two adults and one child. We also requested that we needed to have a roll away bed for our son. The website gave us a choice of a king bed of two double beds. We choose a king for us and sent an email to the hotel that we were not just requesting but needing an extra bed for our son. We were really disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a king room with a roll away bed for our son. We found out once we had arrived that there was not enough room for the extra bed. They insisted that we were to have a 2x double bed room. My husband and I tried to explain that we would still need a separate bed for our young son. We are not tiny people. We (Two bigger sized adults) do not fit comfortably in a double bed and our son move around a lot in his sleep. Their attitude was like tough. This is what you get. But we can up grade you to a harbour view. Which turned out to be a pool view only. The hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work. When we went to check out we were greeted the same way we had the night before. I am finding the customer service at this hotel has gone down hill and we will not be returning. "

"Very much enjoyed out stay. Our room was ready very early, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The pool, hot tub and gym were quite nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around downtown. Beautiful views. "
