"1st of all there is no airport shuttle then my wife was on her cycle and there was a lil blood on 2 sheets and not on the mattress and they charged me $100 for 2 sheet i could of went and bout 2 sheets for $20 and the breakfast buffet had food from the day before and they have not released my deposit 3 days later and did i mention they took $100 for 2 sheets and instead of taken the $100 out my deposit they charged my accout for that additional $100 "

"Breakfast was fresh and loaded with healthy options. The staff was always ready to serve. I loved the stay. It was really comfortable. Plus, the location of the hotel is really good. Just 2 min to nearest metro and 5 min to a big whole foods markets with affordable grocery options."

"No TV in room. No AC. Bathroom looked unfinished. Walls were as thin as paper, could hear the people nextdoor like they were in the room with us. Lock on main door didn't work. There was even a screw fdriver holding the window blind in place. "

"WARNING! HEALTH HAZARD! Everything was terrible. The room was disgusting and dirty. Stains on the carpets, toilet seat fell off, cigarette burns in bedding, full ashtrays on porch, and hair everywhere. They refused a refund and when I requested 2 extra pillows (they only had 2 small pillows on bed for 2 people), they said it was impossible. The woman at the desk was completely rude and said she couldn't leave the front desk to get pillows and would not ask any other staff. When shift change occurred, the two men on shift also refused. This place is unclean, unsanitary, and I highly recommend you DO NOT STAY HERE."

The night life on the roof was great, the pool was great, staff was great, you get electrical bikes, beach access and free umbrella, the food was great, the guests are classy. The hotel was perfect state or the art brand new & beautiful. Also the BED best bed I’ve ever slept in. I literally did not want to leave. "
