"Upon arrival we were able to check in right away and received a welcome drink. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated in a moody mid century modern motif. Our room was on floor 2 which our patio opened to the stunning courtyard. The room is well appointed and the high end kitchen was such a useful amenity to have. "Stay was excellent. Person at check in was a little less than welcoming. She said she had never heard of Expedia VIP perks, and was definitely not interested in finding out anything about it. Rest of the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Property is beautiful, loved the location! Ate lunch in the rooftop restaurant, very good. We have been to Charleston many, many times. This was our 1st stay at The Restoration. We will definitely come back. "

"I had a great experience with the Check-in Charleston team and their 2 bedroom unit in Quarters on King. They, particularly Emily, couldn’t have been more prompt, helpful or friendly. The unit itself (202) exceeded my expectations. It has a large open family room/kitchenette space with 10’ or so ceilings throughout and large bedrooms with comfortable beds plus tons of closets and storage space if needed. "Enjoyed my stay. It was close to what I needed but still an affordable location. Yes, it is near lower income housing but I didn’t feel unsafe as some others stated. The staff was warm and welcoming! Especially the lady who works the bar and food service in the mornings on Tuesdays, and the weekend desk/check in attendant. I personally enjoy that it it self service and you’re able to grab what you need at one’s convenience. I would absolutely book with you all again. Thank you for this...
