"Great location and easy access to the CoEx mall. Convenient store in the basement level was excellent to purchase drinks and snacks. Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us. "Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."

"The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong. "

This hotel is all pretty wrapping, with no substance: (1) Room was 84° and AC not operational, no fans, could not sleep; (2) Food & drink choices very limited; (3) staff could not answer questions (not a language issue, they were inexperienced & lacked knowledge); (4) asked repeatedly for face cloths & never received( 5) bar pitch black and playing horrible, loud rap music. NOT a “luxury” hotel except the window dressing; ("
