Staff were friendly and spoke good English, breakfast was ok, rooms are small but clean and AC was noisy but worked. Don't book the airport transfer the concierge said he could arrange it for 75euro but a taxi he called was only 40euro

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

This hotel is located 150m to a train stop which is 1 stop away from the main train terminal station which allowed us to navigate the city and visit the historical sites easily. The hotel and our pleasantly cooled AC equipped, quiet room was very clean with many included essentials, excellent in room coffee and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection of hot and cold food was beyond our expectations. Will stay here again when we visit Rome in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of commission during our stay.
