"We had excellent customer service from reception upon arrival after a muddle up with our booking by Expedia. They sorted everything out for us on our behalf. In the restaurant, Ollie was very helpful, even though it was only his 5th day! He had a very pleasant manner and gave no indication that it was only his first week. "
