Hotel is nice but the food is bad

Hotels is nice, my room was great but the food is very bad. I was there for a two nights, breakfast and dinner, but I couldn't find at least one dish that had some taste.

Great hotel

Unfortunately there was a massive storm the previous night in umag, so the hotel had no electricity when we arrived and they were not sure when it will be back. It was out of their hand, but they did everything they could to help customers. The manager lady was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and compassionate, and the whole team of staff was excellent. We have been offered a room in another hotel, literally next door, that was closer to the beach, and very new, and room was spacious. And we could come back here to use the facilities, kids clubs, disco, pools and kids free meals and ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she spent there and wanted to stay longer. Pool was a bit cold but when you got used to it, it was fine, slides were great, and the splash park too. Not considering this little issue with the electricity, we would come back for sure.

Es ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Ein großer Pool mit Rutschen. Das Essen war super und für jeden was dabei. Das Personal gibt sich mühe die Wünsche und Anliegen der Gäste zu erfüllen. Wenn sich die anderen Gäste ihren Anstand nicht vergessen, wäre es für alle einfacher im Hotel. Wenn der Pool 19 Uhr zu macht kann ich nicht noch 21 Uhr baden gehen und sich dann beschweren das der Pool Dreckig ist. Oder beim Essen die Teller so voll laden und dann die helfte stehen lassen. Das gehört sich einfach nicht, wenn man etwas Erziehung genossen hat. Ich würde aufjedenfall wieder hinfahren, weil es ein sehr schönes Kinderfamilien hotel ist.

Gepflegtes Hotel ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Promenade schön zum Spazieren. Hatte ein neu renoviertes sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Essen war ok.

Tja die Anlage an sich schön aber etwas heruntergekommen. Das was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass das duschwasser nur lauwarm war. Trotz Beschwerde und angeblicher reparatur keine Besserung. Genauso mit dem Frühstück alles nur lauwarm bis kalt, die Rühreier, der kaffee, und sonstige "warme" Speisen..

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in Büffetform ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist gut, nur 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Einziges Manko war, dass man das Wasser sehr lange laufen lassen musste bevor es warm wurde. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Es war ein rundum guter Aufenthalt, die teilweis schlechten Bewertungen des Hotel kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Essensauswahl super für jeden was dabei, natürlich etwas lauter Geräuschpegel aber dies muss einem klar sein wenn man in einem so großen Hotel bucht. Zimmer sind auch OK. Personal freundlich und das Reinigungsperonal sehr bemüht. Der Service für Kinder ist auch perfekt und es wird einiges für die kleinen geboten, sei es Action im Rutschbereich, der Pool ist auch groß um Spaß zuhaben, Nachmittagspeogramm und Abends die Kinderdisco und das wichtigstes die Kinder haben sozusagen all-inclusive. Der Pool ist auch OK, allerdings könnten die Fliesen mal gereinigt werden. Keine fünf Minuten Gehweg dann seht man am Meer, hier natürlich auch einiges los aber wie oben erwähnt muss einem klar sein aber wir haben immer ein Plätzchen gefunden. Einige Liegen sind kaputt und ab und an liegt auch Müll da, dafür kann aber meiner Meinung das Hotel nichts dafür, sonder da muss sich jeder an der eigenen Nase packen. Morgens wird der Strand grob gereinigt also der Müll weggeräumt. Im großen und ganzen Preis Leistung top und es war der erste und nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Die Verpflegung war unterirdisch, alles andere OK.

Wir waren als Familie im August 2023 da. Das positive, die Zimmer waren groß und die Balkone auch, die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr gut, bis auf die Schlafcouch für die Kinder, diese war hart und mit unbequemen Streben versehen. Die Anlage ist völlig Ok, die Pools könnten größer sein. Die Animation am Pool war lieblos und jeden Tag identisch. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich großartig. Der Hotel eigene Strand ist trüb und milchig, ein paar Meter weiter links kann man von einer Badeplattform das kristallklare Wasser genießen. Das Essen war leider unteridisch. Die Auswahl grade beim Frühstück ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel mehr als schlecht. 2 verschiedene Wurst und Käsesorten als Aufschnitt. Auch beim Abendbrot war die Auwahl und auch die Qualität sehr schlecht. Als Gemüse wurden täglich Brokkoli und Blumenkohl angeboten, die Salatbar bestand aus Dosengemüse und als Obst wurde Dosenobst, geschnittene Melone und sonst ganze Äpfel oder Pfirsiche angeboten. Auch der Geschmack konnte nicht überzeugen. Hier hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Mittagsverpflegung für die Kids, gab es am Kinderpool. Eine Minischüssel in einem Areal wo die Eltern nicht mit rein dürfen.

Ich habe Urlaub mit meiner Tochter und meiner Frau gemacht für Kinder es super es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um sein Kind zu beschäftigen das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert und unhöflich 😔 das Essen ist sehr einfach für Mislime und Vegetarier ist die Auswahl sehr begrenzt

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in der gesunden Auswahl eher beschränkt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht - angeblich ein technischer Defekt der schon länger bekannt ist - im Speisesaal funktionierte sie jedoch. Aufgrund der Temperaturen mussten wir die Balkontüre offen lassen um halbwegs schlafen zu können. Bei der An- und Abreise gab es leider kein Entgegenkommen bzgl. der Klimaanlage, was schade ist, wenn man dafür bezahlt. In der Nacht war es etwas laut, da eine große Gruppe von Sportlern eine Party gefeiert hat. Unter Tags sind wir am Strand gewesen, da die Aerobic-Kurse mit einer Lautstärke durchgeführt wurden, dass man sich am Pool kaum unterhalten konnte. Man konnte das sogar am Strand noch hören. Die Zimmer selbst sind in einem gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Zustand. In der gesamten Anlage wird auf Sauberkeit sehr geachtet.

Im Großen und ganzen ein super Hotel. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt. Auch sehr sauber und das Essen gut und abwechslungsreich. Das einzige, dass nicht funktionierte war der Zimmerservice. Wollten uns an einem Regentag Essen liefern lassen aufs Zimmer und haben vergeblich gewartet. Nach Rückfrage ist die online Bestellung via Hausinterner App nie angekommen.

We stayed in the second week of Easter. The outdoor pool was being repaired, so we only used the indoor pool. This was not announced neither at Expedia nor at the Hotel's internet site. The rooms have been renovated, but the cleanliness was not good. There was a lot of dust under the bed and the edge of the shower. We also had to ask two or three times for the repair of the toilet (water was leaking all the time) and the shower (water leaked when we showered).

Het hotel is oud en niet modern. Hotel heeft onderhoud nodig zeker betreft de kamers. Kamer was niet schoon. Zeer slecht bijgehouden. Het ontbijt was ééntonig. Medewerker zijn niet persoonlijk gericht. Er was helaas ook geen entertainment meer aanwezig Het water van het binnen zwembad was koud. Wat betreft wellness. Was ook niet in orde sauna’s te heet afgesteld. Jacuzzi geen 38 graden. Ook de hygiëne bij de wellness waren niet in orde.
