Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again

We had a great stay for a week. 5 people in 2 rooms. Nice and clean all the time and great location. Really close to the beach and pool. Perfect All inclusive hotel. Food was ok and beer and drinks was good. All though. Water you had to ask for at the bar all the time. Was hard for the kids to keep hydrated. Beer was available all the time, but water you had to ask for. A little noice at the rooms, but nothing major. So a great stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Essensauswahl war eher schlicht, sehr für Kinder ausgelegt. Es gab jeden Tag fast das gleiche am Buffet. Schlangenbildung zwischen 18:30 und 20:00 war ebenfalls nicht optimal gelöst. Obst und Früchte fehlten. Hier und da hat man mal etwas Obst oder Melonen gesehen. Man musste schon schnell sein um davon etwas zu bekommen. Zimmer war voll ok. Am besten war der Strand und das Meer. Super Einstiegsmöglichkeiten und dann sehr lange seichtes Wasser komplett ohne Felsen, man geht nur auf weichem Sand.

Perfettamente collegata a tutto il circondario, affacciata sul mare con 2 piscine,camera spaziosa e pulitissima anche se bagno e serramenti richiederebbero ristrutturazioni. All inclusive con pasti abbondanti e buona scelta dei cibi. Dolci e frutta sempre presenti. Zona ping pong (2 tavoli) e noleggio bici interno e gratuito,attività di vario genere e serate con animazione o concertini. Bar a bordo piscine anche con pietanze in determinati orari. Zona magnificamente collegata con tutte le zone attigue raggiungibili in pineta. La struttura è in un grande comprensorio piacevole e silenzioso nonostante molto frequentato. Una bellissima esperienza.

Die Qualität der Speisen reicht von ungenügend bis sehr gut. Zu viel Plastikgeschirr. Die Liegen sind ausreichend aber immer vorreserviert. Schönes Programm für Kinder mit netten Mitarbeitern. Wasserspender statt oder zu dem Bierspender wäre gut.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, einzige negative Sache das leidige Liegenproblem, wenn du nach 10 Uhr kommst nix mehr, dann bemerkt man, dass ab 7 Uhr früh reservierte Liegen erst nachmittag benützt werden

Die Umgebung bzw. die Lage des Hotels und das Angebot all inclusuve, ist für den verlangten Preis gerade mal okay. Das Zimmer könnte besser sein. Die großen Balkonschiebetüre ist sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Man benötigt dafür viel Kraft. Die losen Fliesen im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon sind nicht gerade sehr einladend. Ein bißchen freundlicher könnte das Personal auch werden, ganz besonders die Servicekräfte an der Barbereich. Das Reinigungspersonal bekommt von uns das höchste Lob. Sie waren immer freundlich, grüßten mit ein Lächeln, Sauber und sehr hilfsbereit.

Personal ist super - sehr schnell u. freundlich, Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings sind die Wände und Fenster sehr hellhörig, Essen war ok (Preis - Leistung) Ein absolutes No-Go ist das Reservieren der Liegestühle am Strand und Pool, in den Hotelrichtlinien ist zwar das Verbot zum Reservieren niedergeschrieben, allerdings wird es nicht gelebt! Beim Abendbuffet staut sich eine ewig lange Menschenschlange zurück und die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal ist sehr laut und ähnelt einer Massenabfertigung - es gibt leider keinen Außenbereich! Zusatz: Aufgrund der momentanen Hauptsaison, sehr viele Familien mit Kindern, wir glaubten zu wissen worauf wir uns einlassen..

The hotel was ok, but there is a lot small things, not bad service, but never a smiling hotel staff. no bad food, but it was not good, not bad cleaning ,but not super, a old waren down old hotel. I will not go there again. And 4 stars, i think it only should have 3.
