"Excellent proximity to airport but until 11pm there is plane noise. Starts again in the am but not super early. Convenient to major highways but traffic is a nightmare in San Jose. Allow hours to get out of the greater metro area"

"I hate to give any negative review because they people there are great people. Very nice staff and beautiful grounds with lots of vegetation. The room though is pretty basic and tried to have a fireplace but the smoke kept blowing into the room and then all our stuff smelled like smoke. No other source of heat. Could be a wonderful place but needs improvement on the rooms. But again still enjoyed our stay."

"Outstanding staff and management - all of them were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely location. Breakfasts were good, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant one day and it was very good as well. Chalet was cute and spacious enough. Walkways lined with flowers.
