"Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. On the negative side I would point the awful smell of urine in the toilets, no matter the products we sprayed, the smell always came back... The kitchen is really small and not practical. It lacked utensils (no bowl, no cooking...
