Located close to the main city square, wonderful restaurants main museums, including the new (2019) Chinggis Kahn National Museum, which is definitely a must see. The room was nice and the staff professional and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was clean, spacious with a lovely view of the square. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and were exceptionally professional.

Our only complaint about the hotel (and it might not have been their fault) is that the air conditioning was turned off (late September) so the room was stuffy and we had to open windows. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were excellent and certainly more than we expected from Mongolia. A word of caution for travelers, due to the extreme traffic, travel to or from the airport can take 2-3 hours.

Nice stay in winter

One of the better hotels, i was on the 23rd floor which was great except when the night there was a party on the 25th floor until 10:30PM (noisy). Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a good standard and everything youd expect. Breakfast was heavy on the meat (i am vegetarian) but overall nice.

One of the Highest building in Ulaanbaatar. Looks room Looks like 5 star hotel. Very nice view of the city and mountains. Staffs are amazing. Location is good.

Beautifully landscaped, beautiful modern and Inviting rooms, bed is like heaven, sleep facing a gorgeous view, full and upmarket kitchen area. An absolute joy to stay here. Only downside is taxi rides to the city is costly and time consuming due to hotel location. Incredible breakfast buffet and ambience. Would return just to enjoy the time in this hotel. ❤️

Always a good place to stay, rooms very comfortable, wifi is excellent, great position and lovely staff. Only small downside is restaurant very limited and often not open. But so close to maby options outside so not a big issue.

Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance.
