"Hot tub was luje warm. The skeleton crew could barely keep up with taking care of basic amenities. The breakfast eggs, donuts and muffins were fine. The bacon was seriously undercooked, I microwaved mine to bring it up to a palatable state. "

Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them.
