Sorry for inconvenient situation. I'm a front office manager in this hotel. I would like to inform about this situation that the receptionist is a new one and she didn't know how big of damage she have to take an extra charged with customer (we have a list in every rooms), so she didn't mean to take 50 Baht extra charged with you. I would like to sincerely apologize for this case which I have blamed her already. For the restaurant, we opened every day since 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and we serve a mini breakfast for free in restaurant every day which you can ask at reception Moreover there are not only a lot of restaurant but also a market around the hotel, if it's not too late. For the taxi, I would like to say apologize again because it is out of our control. We can only call a taxi for customer(we never ask a fee for calling) and try several times to call to the taxi to take customer as quick as possible.
