One key given only
Rooms clean but smells smoky
Not good location for family
Tea very good but breakfast has limitations they don’t make any customized food
Water cut off while doing bath. Limited supply of bedsheets

Breakfast quality was very poor and repeated breakfast on everyday. Had some private party which create nuisance after drinking alcohol which is really bad for such a resort. Staff was very lazy in doing things.

It was a good experience and did not have any. Major discomfort . The property is old and does need an upgrade .
While I did not check, was wondering if better properties are available in the same price range .

This hotel and staff were amazing. We were there 3 days and our stay was very nice. We had a special diet, chef made special dishes for us. Royal treatment. I will love to go there again.
