"Smell so bad. Many mosquitoes. Nobody in the property, just wait for my check in and gone. No any service for taxi/ balloon reservation/ informations nothing at all. They cannot communicate in english at all. I stay there just an hour and i have to carry my luggage to walk out for taxi because I cant find any staff there. I have to book another hotel for that night. Worst ever hotel!!! I made the non-refundable rate so paid full amount for struggling an hour in the property without any service."
