"Ubon itself has taken a hit from the closure due to co-vid. This place was nicely kept up despite obvious lack of business recently. Nicer than others I visited nearby. Little too well lit at night. I'll bring my eye shades next time. Local stray dogs not as aggressive as many places in Thailand are having problems with. Especially at night. A short safe walk to the airport. "Nice little property in old town Ubon"

"The Luck Esan medium room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair. The staff is friendly and efficient. A large Lotus supermarket and an 711 is within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has no lift. A ground floor room with microwave and free coffee is nice to use. "

"My room is very nice with a medium size refrigerator and coffee/tea pot. The internet is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a short taxi ride to shopping and theres a 7-11 with a coffee shop and ATM down the street very close."

"Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2."

"Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets"

"This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com."
