It's a cheap motel, but still, needs to be better. It took a long time to check in with Igor. He's not good. At night, when I came back from the beach, I realized there were no towels in my room! I told him. He gave me 1. I had to argue to get a 2nd, then realized the next morning that it was dirty! When I left, I saw in clean rooms that there were 2 towels on the beds. I didn't sleep well bc of a dog barking all night and the bed and pillows caused neck and back pain. It's far from the beaches too and wifi didn't work. The breakfast was the only good thing

A mon sens le seul problème est que cette pousada se situe dans une zone assez désaffectée ....mais quand on est a l intérieur tout est bien .le personnel le jardin le petit déjeuner...ils sont parfaits et ne savent pas quoi faire pour nous faire plaisir....c est très agréable ...

Poderia melhorar em algumas coisas!

Funcionários fizeram o que puderam, porém não há gerenciamento presencial, onde não vê as falhas que precisam mudar ou melhorar... Nós não tivemos toalha de rosto em nenhum dia, pq a máquina que lava estava quebrada e teve hóspedes que ficaram sem toalha de banho... tiveram que trazer de outra pousada pra suprir a demanda. Café da manhã de terça até quinta foi mais simples, na sexta teve mais opções... infelizmente ficou enjoativo, pq todos os dias eram o msm sabor de bolo: fubá com goiabada e formigueiro. Pão francês com frios, salsicha, café, leite, iogurte e suco de caixinha. Não tinha manteiga, era margarina... Funcionários que ficam na recepção, fazem de tudo: café, lava louça, etc... está com pouco staff! Apenas uma funcionária pra limpar toda a pousada... Creio que se tiver um gerente presencial ou donos olhando de perto, tem tudo pra ser uma das melhores pousadas! Precisa de alguns acabamentos, manutenção. Sauna não existe mais... Parabéns para os funcionários que estavam fazendo malabarismo pra pousada funcionar. Tem que ter gerente pra lidar com as demandas de perto e rapidamente. A piscina aquecida é muito bacana, salva os dias de chuva ou frio... mas o espaço da msm precisa de manutenção urgente.

A pousada é boa o preço é bom fica bem localizada perto de mercado e outros, o serviço de quarto deixa um pouco a desejar, a piscina quente não estava 100% e uma sauna que existe no local estava desligada.

Decepção de Café e atendimento. Sem sauna.

Fujam dessa pousada. Não havia nem guardanapo no café da manhã, faltou fruta no primeiro dia e no segundo dia sem fruta novamente e nem suco que aliás são industriais. Só por esse motivo já não recomendo a ninguém. No último dia faltou água quente para o banho. Aparentemente, os funcionários presentes na recepção não podem resolver os problemas, colocaram a responsabilidade do café em uma pessoa que não se encontrava e já deveria estar lá. Localização não é boa, vizinho é um terreno de uma mêcanica ou um estacionamento de peruas , ônibus algo assim. Quartos e banheiros apresentam bolor no teto e em umas das paredes. No anúncio dizia que tinha sauna. Mas NÃO TEM . Segundo a recepção, a antiga pousada que tinha. Então criem um anúncio novo que conduza com a nova realidade.
