"The man at the front desk staff was rude. My daughter & I wanted to spend a little time at the pool, but a person was smoking cigarettes out there. When I asked about it, he literally said, “we have bigger problems than that right now.” Then, he proceeded to tell me that as a customer of the hotel, I didn’t matter. Common areas old and dirty. Room was spacious and decent. The woman that helped serve breakfast was sweet. I would not stay here again."

"Room was lovely with a balcony, though if possible ask for one that's not on the first floor, where what you see is the pool. The Harbor view from upper floors is beautiful. Daily resort fee covers the usual, but they also provide a free shuttle into town which was so worth it and ice cream treats daily."

"My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight. Location was perfect and loved the happy hour and free breakfast. Rooms were great mix of historical and modern. Very comfy bed. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hairs in bathtub and on walls), but was suitable for one night. Would recommend."

"The hotel is well maintained and overall a very nice property. However, there were several issues during my stay that impacted the experience. There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being reported. There was also no housekeeping service provided during my stay, including towel replacement. I had to contact the front desk to request trash removal. One unusual interaction occurred when the housekeeping manager knocked on my door one afternoon but did not enter. I stepped into the hallway to ask if she needed anything, and she simply said no. I was left confused about the purpose of the visit. While the property itself is attractive and well maintained, the lack of basic services and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay disappointing."
