"I attempted several times to contact the property and hotels.com for room instructions. This room requires selfie and other information to get the room and passcode. No one ever answered my phone calls, no one ever answered my virtual contacts. The security guard at the roomo brooklin apartments helped me get the correct number to contact by talking to the company for me again. It took us all night to get in the room and were unable to attend our function due to the communication issues. "
