"I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel. Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful. Cons : I stayed at room 105 1. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem...

"Perfect location. Trams are just a short walk and Restaurants, Cafes and groceries near by."

"It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly."
