"This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter. Our room was perfectly okay for our 3 nights stay but it is not okay how dirty the floor was. We told...

"Room is excellent, really comfy bed. Great shower. Noise from the corridor and slamming doors of the other kind of rowdy drunk guests made it less enjoyable. On the back of the hotel away from the pool and airport the plane noise was minimal."

Be prepared for the steep walk up to the hotel. Kept us fit. Would recommend this lovely hotel. Thoroughly spoilt. Felt like paradise."
