"Lovely hotel with excellent lodge rooms too. Lovely bar and restaurant area, serving a very good menu. On-site leisure club is very good and has a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Excellent staff, always happy to help and always cheerful. Overall an excellent hotel to explore from in North Wales."

"An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. "

"Took my young nephews (3 and 1) for a 2 night break to ride the great orme tramway. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming to them when the average age was collecting their pension. The room was big, clean and comfy. The hotel is in a great location with everything within walking distance. "
