"We loved it. It was right where we wanted to be and exactly what we needed for our brief stay with our dog, Sadie while we were in the western UP for the Autumn color peak. In my hurry, I left my favorite fleece jacket hanging in the room. They made sure I got it back in tip-top condition ASAP."

"We stayed in the Eastwood suite and it was very nice. The entire property is clean and comfortable! However, the Eastwood suite is RIGHT next to the road. It’s just very loud and if you’re not used to that, it’s rough. We would probably only stay again if we were in a suite away from the road. Beds are super comfortable so that’s a bonus. Very convenient to Houghton (just across the bridge)."

"Upon checking in the room was missing an ice bucket and more importantly the TV didn't work. The host on duty worked very hard to fix things and ended up assigning us to a different room. He went above and beyond and it was most appreciated!"
