This is a beautiful facility. Some areas could use a fresh up. Major concern is the difficulty to enter the bath tub. It is a deep soaker tub with the controls on the side. The faucet is too close to the tub and the entire thing get soaked with water. So you have to scale the tub to enter and after your shower water is everywhere- accidents waiting to happen. Breakfast is great, service is beyond great and over all nice place Ishmael so under used.

Massage is poor quality, and the cost is actually double because they require us tips same with ticket.

Good sized rooms, which were very clean. They even came to pack up the rooms again when we went out for dinner, and changed the towels (again). Water pressure in the shower could be a little better, but it was still possible to take a decent shower. The pool looked nice and clean, although it was too cold for us to swim at the time we were there. Gym was well upkept. We stayed 3 nights and had 2 ala carte and 1 buffet breakfast. The ala carte breakfast was way better than the buffet. This hotel is a little out of town, and nothing much to do around the area, but is easily accessible by taxi.

5 star hotel, 5 star service
There are a beutiful swimming pool, Friendly staff and delicious blackfirst. I am so happy during stay this hotel. But location is little far from beach.

5-Star will improve.
This is in an area which is very new to foreign tourism, so there are cultural differences which will improve with time and experience. For some reason, the mini-bar refrigerators (I tried 3!!) do not chill anything, so call room service for ice. Otherwise this is a lovely hotel with friendly service, a great pool area, and a management team which is responsive and positive.

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ nhưng hơi ảm đạm và tối tăm (khu vực lễ tân và thang máy thấy có nhiều đèn nhưng không mở), hồ bơi rộng nhưng quá lạnh để bơi vì có mái che, khó phơi nắng. Nhân viên rất dễ thương và thân thiện. Buffet ăn sáng hơi nghèo nàn về món ăn.

Korea-Vietnam Trip
The Cendeluxe is great hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, from the bellhops that met us at the front door to the staff at the front desk. Although the rooms are air conditioned, the lobby and hallways are not, which is a minor inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is very good and the view of Tuy Hoa is outstanding.

空港に近いホテル
夜遅くにベトナムに着いたならバスがないことが多いです。というより、18時以降にバスはありません。そのため、ぼったくり防止にも、タクシーですぐ行ける所で休んでみてはいかがですが。

静かな環境でゆっくりすごせました。
急ぎの滞在スケジュールでしたので、ホテルを満喫できてはいませんが、静かで居心地はよいです。 空港送迎あり。・・とあったので、迷いなく予約しましたが、電話でお迎えのお願いをすると「ＯＫ，ＯＫ」と返答があり、空港で待てど暮らせどお迎えなく、再度電話すると「タクシーを使って」といわれて1時間を要してホテルへ 出立もタクシーでした。 ベトナムでのタクシーは不安が大きいので残念です。

THE LOCATION...WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE....HOTEL NOT GEARED UP FOR TOURISTS....VERY QUIET IN FACT WE ONLY SAW 4 PEOPLE WHO WERE GUESTS.....ONE MEMBER OF STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL...ROOMS WERE VERY NICE COMFORTABLE BEDS & VERY CLEAN.

Excellent Staff
Brick and mortar make a building, but the staff create the experience. I was only there for one night, but every interaction with the staff was pleasant, professional and accommodating. When in Tuy Hoa, the Cendeluxe will be my home.
