BUENO PERO PODRIA SER MEJOR.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue buena. Excepto porque llegue algunas horas antes del check in, lo que me costo el 50% mas del importe de un día de hospedaje. Lo pague porque iba con familia, pero se me hizo injusto. Por lo demás no hay queja, solo hacerles saber que las camas y las puertas rechinan y truenan demasiado, el control de la T.V. que me toco ya no funciona debidamente. Pero en cuanto a servicio y buena disposición para el huésped, vaya un buen reconocimiento, sobre todo para la persona que atiende el restaurant por su buen comportamiento, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Si lo recomiendo

Udemærket hotel.

Hotels.com havde lavet en stor fejl,men personalet gav ikke op m.h.t. at finde en løsning. Værelset var tilfredsstillende, undtagelse af en ting. Ingen varmt vand og brusehovedet kunne trænge til at blive afkalket. Som de fleste steder i Mexici, er toiletterne meget lave. Kan godt anbefale stedet. Godt hotel, til prisen.

Estuvo regular porque ya había estado hospedada en este hotel y no había tenido problemas, pero da la casualidad de que en esta ocasión el de la recepción turno nocturno se quejo que porque utilizábamos según el mucha agua prácticamente solo quiere que se uses los servicios una sola vez. Y éramos 8 personas en dos habitaciones es ilógico.

SIn agua caliente y hormigas en el baño

El personal fue muy amable y la habitación era amplia y cómoda. Compartimos habitaciones entre tres, los dos primeros tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fria, pues fue el tiempo que tarde el agua en calentarse. Sólo el tercero de nosotros tuvo agua caliente. También había hormigas en la regadera. La comida del restaurante es muy mala. El hoteles cómodo, y está cerca del centro.

El acceso al hotel es terrible las calles con escombros, no tiene estacionamiento para varias unidades, la mujer de recepcion atiende de mala gana egocéntrica

El personal es atento. El hotel está ubicado en una calle escondida y sin pavimentar para ir al centro de la ciudad es necesario pagar taxi o transporte público escaso. O ir en automóvil . A pie muy lejos. La comida aceptable y a precios buenos. La habitación estuvo bien hasta el día que llovió . Se inundó totalmente 1.5 cms de agua en toda la habitación, informamos a la administración y no hubo respuesta tuvimos que dormir con la habitación inundada.Yo lo calificaria como de regular a malo
