"Had a one-week family holiday in one of the cosy and spacious apartments. Excellent, beatiful location by a little river in a small village. Friendly staff, everything went smoothly. Good place to relax and cycle around in forests, plus drive to different interesting places and back. Airport is near but you don't hear engine noises. "My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the J-Max apartment. It is in a good, quiet location away from the main road but still an easily walkable distance to Lake Bled (around 10-15 mins walk), a large Mercator supermarket, and all the general restaurants and shops you could need. "Really nice property! Felt like we were visiting relatives. Owner got us a dinner reservation at a neighboring restaurant since property's restaurant was full and it was truly amazing. "Staff was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were pristine. Location is tucked away a little (ideal) and a 5 minute walk to the lake. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening — extensive wine selection and great food. Highly recommend!"

"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....

"Don’t let the term hostel deter you from booking this wonderful hotel. While they do have bunk rooms with shared bathrooms, we booked a beautiful room with ensuite bath. It was quiet and extremely clean. The location of the hotel is walkable from train or bus stations and is in the heart of the historic area of a lovely town. The view from the hostels back terrace and our bedroom was amazing. "

"The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot.
