"De prijs van het ontbijt is veel te hoog en daarom niet ontbeten in het hotel. De geluiden uit de gang komen nogal goed de kamer binnen, spijtig dat de deuren niet beter isoleren zijn. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. "

"I stayed at Hotel Cocoon in Ostend for one night. The room itself was nice and a good size, and the location is definitely a strong point—right on the beach and very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. However, there were a few issues that affected the stay. The room was quite cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working, which made it uncomfortable overnight. The shower gel bottle was also empty and hadn’t been refilled, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is available, but at €30...

"Comfortable and friendly hotel in the north central part of town around a 10 minute walk from the railway station. There are many bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood including the Botteltje which is across the road and the beach is a 3 minute stroll, two blocks away. A wide selection of options are available at breakfast time at the hotel and are well worth it. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable for local info as are the staff at the tourist information office on langestraat...

"Bel hôtel très bien placé, proche de la digue et du port Parking juste en face très accessible Attention, voisin d’un pub qui a fait énormément de bruit samedi soir. Les clients hurlaient dans la rue sans penser aux voisins qui essayaient de dormir.évitez les chambres du côté de ce pub. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel"

"Petit déjeuner c'est vraiment pas ça ( bacon cramé et dure comme du béton et drôle de goût ). Le personnel est fort discret voir même absent. Niveau de la chambre pour l'acoustique c'est a revoir ! On entend les gens parle, marche, chuchoté et a 1h du matin le personnel chipote en cuisine et on entend les bruit de lave vaisselle et les assiettes et les tasses s empiler ! Sinon la literie est correcte ... La salle de douche a revoir ! T ouvre la porte tu a une toilette et quand t'es assis sur le...
