"We had a good stay at this hotel. There were definitely pros & cons to our stay there. Pros- The staff, especially Kristy, was very helpful & friend)y. There was a nice variety of fresh items on the breakfast buffet. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Cons- Unfortunately the cons deal with cleanliness. During our stay clean towels were brought in, and the garbage was emptied, but our beds were not made, nor did anything, including the bathroom, seem to get cleaned. Also, the outdoor pool did not look as though it was clean and ready to use. If not for the daily room cleaning issue, I feel like I would give this hotel a higher recommendation."

"The Hotel was at the perfect location for Busch Gardens! While on the shuttle we realized that we left our daughter’s stroller. We asked to be taken back to the hotel to grab it and it was no problem for the driver! Had the best time"
